REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
We provide you with a 30-day return policy. You can return any item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund, less shipping and handling charges.
To request a return please contact us at 1-909-466-5878 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. You will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number from Camp Fire USA. Packages returned to without an RMA number or to the wrong address cannot be credited and will be shipped back to you at your expense. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. While Camp Fire USA does not pay for the return shipping, you will not be assessed any restocking charges.
We want to make sure we deserve your continued patronage. If your order is not according to your expectations we will take it back and provide you with credit or full refund.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please call, fax, or write to us about a return authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning them. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.
